We are happy to send you a replacement for any missing / defective items. If any items are out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
HOW TO REFUND / EXCHANGE
Email amberng@amberng.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include in the email your order number, and which item(s) you would like to exchange/refund and the reasons for your return. Attach any photos or proofs for defective items.
We will respond to you within 48 hours once your request has been received. We will process your refund/exchange within 10 business days (please allow an additional 3 days for your refund to appear in your account).
FINAL SALE
