1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and packed within 1-4 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer the following two shipping options:

3. Shipping Destinations & Tracking

We currently ship to the United States, Europe (major countries), Singapore, and Malaysia.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its delivery status.
4. Failed Delivery & Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, reshipment will incur additional charges.

If a package is returned as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund (the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund).
5. Customs & Import Duties
For international orders (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Europe), customs duties, taxes, or other import fees may apply. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. We cannot predict or control these fees and recommend checking your country's import regulations beforehand.
